It is widely used in the semiconductor and pharmaceutical industries for fluid handling applications. Temperature Range:
- From -40°C up to 130°C (depending on product and combinations).
- Sterilisation up to 150°C for a maximum time of 30 minutes.
- In case of dynamic applications: from 10°C up to 40°C.
